Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Membership is to define the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the administrator and the user (hereinafter referred to as the "Member") in using Staika (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") operated by Staika LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

Article 2 (Effect of Terms)

1.These Terms and Conditions shall take effect when the 'User' notifies the Members when they sign up for membership.

  1. You may change the contents of these Terms and Conditions, and the changed Terms and Conditions shall take effect by announcing or notifying them in the same way as in Paragraph 1.

3.Changes to the Terms and Conditions shall be disclosed by posting them on the homepage of the 'User'.

Article 3 (Terms and Conditions)

Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the country where the Services are provided, if any.

Article 4 (Conclusion of Use Agreement)

If you click the Agree button when signing up as a member, you agree to the terms and conditions and this contract is considered to have been concluded.

Article 5 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1.Member: A person who has signed a contract with the 'User' regarding the use of the service

  1. ID: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member and approved by the 'user' for the purpose of identifying the member and using the member's service.

  2. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the member to protect his or her confidentiality in communication.

Article 6 (Application for Use)

1.You can apply for membership by recording it in the membership application form online and submitting it to the 'User'.

2.Members who wish to join must apply for the use of the service with their own accurate personal information, and only one ID can be requested.
